	Frost Blast 9 random enemies (All-line in PvP) enemies take 1950% of Attack damage and have 25% chance to be frozen for 6s.
	Cold Water Increase frozen time by 2s, HP by 15% and Damage by 15%.
	Frost Shield When taking damage from basic attack or skill, attackers decrease Attack by 4% for 3s, Kara increases Damage by 4% for 3s, Damage stacks up to 10 times.
	Freeze Control Increase Damage by 80% If the target is frozen.
